Open Heart Experience
Three Invitations
“My heartfelt thanks for your interest in the Open Heart Experience. Each of the invitations below describes a quality of your authentic experience when you allow your Heart to be first. Implicitly, your experience needs no words, ideas or understanding to naturally self-arise from the vast truth that is your Heart. I have found, though, that these three ideas do a decent job of triggering in you a knowing that is underneath what you may currently believe about yourself and what’s possible.” – Adam
Adam invites you to read each invitation as if it was your own Heart offering it to you.

1.
Are you genuinely willing to leave your familiar mental habits and Not Know for a while? Leaving our head for our Heart is crucial in this sped-up, over-stimulated culture in which we live and create. For people sincerely interested in exploring their authentic human experience, this is very important.
2.
Are you genuinely willing to be wrong about yourself? The discovery of where we’ve been misleading ourselves only matters when it comes through our own direct experience.
3.
Are you willing to have an experience which you are not controlling? Dropping our habits of monitoring ourselves – sensations, mindstream, emotions – and tracking our environment – people, outer energies – takes time. Only when we have a stability in something other than monitoring or tracking will we begin to enjoy the implicit freedom in each moment.

“We must reclaim and embody our original wholeness, our indigenous human nature granted to us by nature itself. And the key to reclaiming our original wholeness is not merely to suppress psychological symptoms, recover from addictions and trauma, manage stress, or refurbish dysfunctional relationships, but rather to fully flesh out our multifaceted, wild psyches, committing ourselves to the largest story we’re capable of living, serving something bigger than ourselves.” ~ Bill Plotkin, founder, Animas Valley Institute
