A thorough dive into the core of the Open Heart work and Heart & Shadow™ sessions, the OHP course is composed of direct transmission-style teachings and home practices. Adam offers this course for those currently experienced/engaged in the work to support them to go deeper into themselves- into both their Heart's wisdom and their protective patternings through empowering themselves to meet more honestly the fundamental wiring of their unique Soul/Identity interface.  

This is the course in which Adam transmits the foundations and essential functional "mechanics" of how authentic Feeling in the Heart works in your body, mind and heart. In each of the 8 meetings, Adam will be transmitting (less "teaching") the central principles of the work, which begins your personal process of allowing each one to enter your life and how you move through your world. 

The specific Principles this course covers are: Aliveness, Vitality, Heart, Feeling, the 5 Engines (Opening, Engaging, Empowering, Embracing, Sharing), Staying, Hurting, Vulnerability, Desire, Not Knowing, and Pleasure. From your experience in your sessions or pods, you will be familiar with some or many of these principles. But this course is where I open the hood for you to really understand what's going on when, for example, your Heart opens, or you leave you, etc.

The second component of the course is the set of of practices Adam gives you that constitutes your home OH practice in between group classes.

And the third component of this course is the facilitation component, the same as you experience in Heart & Shadow pods and sessions with me. I'm flexible how this will specifically form and I sense it's best to wait until everyone has registered and then form the facilitation from that point. This component is fulfilled through personal OH sessions with me, participation in an OH pod or a dedicated workshop for those enrolled in this course. Sessions, pods or workshops will be at a reduced rate for those enrolled in the course. 

It's important that you understand that Adam is offering this course for you to go deeper in applying and living the OH Principles in your life. It is not designed and it does not prepare you to facilitate the OH work with others in any way. Completion of this course does not prepare you to facilitate others - individually or in a group format - in the OH work. And, the combination of receiving the transmission of the Principles, your intellectual understanding of each one, and your heart-centered experiencing of them is an incredibly transformative one! 

Naturally, if you already work professionally with others in counseling, healing, or other transformational modalities, your participation in this course will accelerate that work, because it will result in profoundly less distorted behaviors, less confusion and will fuel more of your natural courage and a deeper, fuller creativity in the modalities you currently work in.

Completion of the OH Principles Course is one of the prerequisites for enrolling in the OH Mentoring Course.

Logistics
There will be 8 classes in this course, each 2 hours long. The course dates are listed at the top of this page. Please do your best to attend every class but if you cannot make all of them, you'll have the video and audio recordings, and the transcriptions from each class.

The course fee is $1200. A non-refundable $250 deposit reserves your spot in the course. If some sort of payment plan would support you to attend, Adam is open to that; please email us and let us know your proposed schedule of payments. Adam asks that your tuition fee be paid in full by course end (June 27th).

Start and end times of classes will be finalized once we have a final student list. Some folks receiving this email are in Europe, some in the US and some in Australia/New Zealand.
